De Luke III heeft een alder body, een roasted flamed maple neck met een East Indian Palissander fingerboard. De LIIIis uitgevoerd met Dimarzio passieve humbuckers. Music Man vintage tremolo met soepele actie, 5-way pickup selector en 12db instelbare actieve boost geven de Luke 3 een verscheidenheid aan klankcombinaties die geschikt zijn voor iedere muziekstijl.
